I have been fumbling around With this project for a decade. I have accomplished hardly anything except letting it deteriorate even more.

However, I am setting aside almost everything else and going to try and move ahead with this. At least get it running and stopping. I got it running last year, so I guess the focus will be on getting it to stop. I know that pulling all four brakes and rebuilding them is going to be a huge challenge for me. However, at the end of the day I want to be able to drive this truck down my driveway and once around the block.

So, as the old phrase goes “how do you eat an elephant?” with the answer being “one bite at a time”.

Today I took one small bite.
