Update: Thanks for the input everyone!

It seems our issues have been addressed by Presonus with after market labels; that's really great!

We got a few comments saying we should just read the manual or watch YouTube tutorials. Those are fair points, but the purpose of this review was to see how easily you could get "up to speed" on this console if you walked into a venue and it was all you had available to do a show that night.
