1:45 am FDNY Responded to a call regarding a fire on the second floor of 940 Bronx Park south. Upon arrival Fire Crews on the scene confirmed a fire inside a second floor apartment. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire. Fire maintained in the apartment and did not spread . Fire crew reported the the apartment is incinerated . EMS was requested for a person who self evacuated from the apartment. Ems treated and transported the aided to a nearby hospital in stable condition . It is Unknown what caused the fire .
