Ghevar Recipe/Halwayi Style Rabdi Ghevar Banane Ka Aasan Tarika/Traditional Indian Sweet/easy sweet / Recipe
Ingredients :
For Ghevar Recipe :
clarified butter - 3 spoons
chilled milk - 1 cup
lemon juice - 1 spoon
all purpose flour - 1 cup
icecubes & chilled water - 2 cups
clarified butter or oil for frying - approx 500gm
For Rabdi Recipe :
full fat milk - 1 liter
sugar - 1/2 cup
cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon
Saffron strings - 1/4 spoon (optional)
For Sugar Syrup Recipe :
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
lemon juice - 1/4 spoon
