Few tips if you are travelling here (As of 2022):
1) There is no WIFI provided. Better to get your own router
2) Utensils are mostly provided. The Kitchen has fridge, microwave oven and baking oven with chimney.
3) The locality is about a kilometre walk from most major department buildings in UBC
4) Late night walks might get you glimpses of owls, racoons and coyotes.
5) Any help you can contact the personal at the commonsblock. It also has an open gym.
6) Many events are organised for the residents to meet and socialise.
