How the carburetor / regulator works on a gravity fed oil stove. This video covers the external and internal parts. It also covers my method for adjusting the regulator / carburettor to have a proper flame at the minimum and maximum setting. These stoves operate without electricity, which is ideal for people living off the power grid or for those who would benefit from a dependable source of back up heat or an added cooking surface. They also use use #1 or #2 fuel oil (Diesel), which easily hooks-up to an oil tank fed by gravity or vacuum pump.
