Note: The IP address of your mobile device is controlled by your WiFi router and may change every day. To have a fixed IP, go to WiFi router admin page, DHCP settings and assign fixed IP to your mobile device. If the IP address changes, the old connection in Windows explorer has to be dropped and new connection has to be created.
