Ingredients needed for Chivda -
👉Foxnuts/Makhana- 1 cup
👉Flatten Rice/Thin Poha- 1 cup
👉Puffed Rice- 1 cup
👉Mustard Oil- 1 tbsp
👉Mustard seeds-1 tspn
👉Green chilli- 1 tspn
👉Curry leaves- 20 (1 tbsp)
👉Peanuts-1/4 cup
👉Roasted Chana Dal- 1/8 cup(2 tbsp)
👉Cashews -1/8 cup(2 tbsp)
👉Turmeric- 1 tspn
👉Red chilli powder- 1 tspn
👉Salt- 1 tspn
👉Black Salt- 1/3 tspn
👉Garam Masala- 1/3 tspn
👉Dry Pudhina- 1 tspn
👉Sugar powder- 1 tspn
Recipe instructions-
✅Roast Foxnuts,Puffed Rice & Flatten Rice together on low flame,till they turn crunchy
✅Once roasted keep it aside
✅Then in a hot pan, Add mustard oil with mustard seeds, green chilli,Curry leaves,peanuts,Chana Dal & Cashews
✅Roast them till golden brown
✅Then switch off the gas & Add spices mentioned in the ingredients
✅Mix the spices all together with the roasted makahna,Puffed rice& flat poha
✅Mix everything well together
✅Store in a air tight container
