1 Cup Gehu ka Ata (Wheat flour)
1 Cup Maida (Refined flour)
4 Tbl sp Barikwali Suji (Fine Semolina)
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1 Tsp Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
1 1/4 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Powder Chini (Powder Sugar)
2 1/2 Tbl sp Melted Ghee
3/4 cup water
2 Tbl sp Corn Flour (Finely Ground Maize flour)
2 1/2 Tbl sp Melted Ghee
