South Sudan's warring factions have met in Addis Ababa and agreed to put an end to six months of civil war. President Salva Kiir and his one-time friend Riek Machar also agreed to form transitional government within 60 days. East African states through IGAD have warned they could impose sanctions if the rivals ignore the agreements. Twice before, the two sides both failed to honor a ceasefire agreement, the latest signed in May. Maurice Ochol has that report.
