UPDATE 10/24: I have since upgraded away from the old Motherboard, CPU, Memory, and CPU Cooling, and all my little bugs went away. The issue was just the old hardware trying to keep up with the smashingly great graphics card.

Overall this card is both amazing and huge. It works better than advertised, even if it's not the OC Edition. Although, you can easily clock it to the OC edition speeds without buying the more expensive version.
