Following the state government's announcement of 16th of May as the date of panchayat elections, the goa state election commission on Tuesday set 23rd of this month as the date of filing nomination forms, the last date being 30th for the 185 village panchayat in the state. Time limit to sell alcohol has also been set as 11pm.
