MPs on the Committee of Presidential Affairs have asked the executive director of Kampala Capital City Authority to rein in KCCA law enforcement officers who manhandle vendors along the streets. The legislators issued the directive at a meeting held to address the persistent reports of brutality meted out by law enforcement officers.
