Salted Caramel Brownies

This recipe will give you rich chocolate cupcakes with the flavour of salted caramel. The cupcakes are filled inside the cupcakes as well as they are topped with some caramel to give a unique flavour.

This recipe will make 12 -14 mini cakes

Semi Sweet couverture Chocolate (54.5%) 200g
Caster Sugar 90g
Brown Sugar 100g
Pure Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
Eggs 4 nos. (200g)
All Purpose Flour 130g
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 40g
Baking Powder 1 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon
1/2 Cup Salted Caramel (Homemade or Store Bought)
