I filmed my full circuit workout that goes for 25 mins.
TARGETS: arms, legs, butt & core!
WHAT YOU NEED:
2 x dumbbells for bicep curls
1 x dumbbell for tricep extensions
1 x mat
1 x kettlebell for kettlebell swings
PERFORM 10 ROUNDS WITH AS LITTLE REST AS POSSIBLE!
You can workout along with me! :)
• Make sure your technique is good and you pick weights that are suitable for you. The tempo is faster as it's a circuit but still controlled.
Always warm up before training and stretch after your workout and keep hydrated!
