More than 450 people are now reported to have died in Sunday's powerful earthquake that hit near the Iran-Iraq border.
Thousands of survivors have also been spending cold nights out on the street, sparking outrage over the slow relief effort.

A huge rescue effort is under way to find any possible survivors trapped beneath the rubble of collapsed houses in towns and villages in the mountainous area of the western province of Kermanshah that borders Iraq.
Sunday's 7.3-magnitude quake also caused landslides, which had hampered rescue operations soon after the tremor.
More than 450 people have been killed, mostly from the Iranian side, making it the deadliest quake in the world this year.
About seven thousand others are also said to be injured.
Local officials expected the death toll to climb as search and rescue teams reached remote areas of Iran.
Many survivors are spending a second night in cold, winter conditions, and many of them are angry at the lack of shelters and aid.
The Iranian Red Crescent says more than 70,000 people needed emergency shelter and Iranian authorities acknowledged the relief effort was still slow and patchy.
Hospitals have also been severely damaged making it more difficult to treat the wounded.
Iranian state TV has reported that the country's president, Hassan Rouhani, planned to travel to the hardest-hit area to oversee rescue work.
