In her book, The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity, Catherine Ponder wrote: "It is not only unpleasant and unnecessary, but foolish and dangerous to waste time and energy criticizing anything, especially financial obligations owed or owing you. Such a negative practice can lead to permanent indebtedness, and even to utter financial ruin. If you are not willing to give of the substance that comes to you to pay your bills, why should you reasonably expect the rich substance of the universe to flow easily into your life? An ungrateful attitude of mind brings ungrateful, limited financial results."

Remind yourself that the debts you incurred represent blessings you are already enjoying or enjoyed at one point and just be thankful.
