INGREDIENTS
Ripe Mango-4/5
Green chilly-7/8(can take according to the spice level of chilly
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Jaggery -small piece
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds-2 tsp
Curd-1kg
Salt
Curryleaves
Water
For seasoning
Dry red chilly-3/4
Curry leaves
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Peel off the mangoes and cut into small pieces .Cook them with green chilly,turmeric powder,curry leaves,pepper powder,salt and add water upto top of the mangoes.Cook till the mango get soft.Add jaggery to the mambazham. Meanwhile take a blender grind coconut,cumin seeds ,curry leaves and handful of water and make a fine paste.
Add this paste to the cooked mangoes and mix well.Allow it to boil.Now add curd and mix well and heat the pulissery,no need to boil. Heat coconut oil in a pan.Add fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds when flutter add curry leaves and red chilly.Add this seasoning to the pulissery. Finally add 1/4 tsp of fenugreek powder.Then serve.......
