Transitioning to a plant-based diet can seem like a daunting task, but for this couple it has been smooth and enjoyable. Bill and Vicky initially began a whole food plant-based lifestyle to overcome issues they were experiencing with weight gain. After several weeks and months on this healthy diet, however, they noticed that a number of their other health ailments were beginning to improve. These weight loss clients experienced improvement not only with weight loss, but also with their energy levels, their skin, their digestion, their arthritis and other joint pain/inflammation, and overall quality of life! This couple used whole natural foods like oats, beans, fruit, vegetables, and potatoes to improve their health in likely every facet.
