I created this crawl tunnel hack to manage my claustrophobia for an upcoming MRI. It's a form of exposure therapy--where you practice getting used to a tight space by meditating in a kid's crawl tunnel. (I was originally going to use a refrigerator box, and my sister suggested a kids' tunnel, which is an even better simulation). I'm happy to say it worked! I have another MRI scheduled, and this time I don't have the anticipatory terror. (Still not happy about it, but now it's a really workable situation with this practice).
