Elections to the State Duma, municipal and regional bodies have started in Russia. The voting will last for 3 days. September 19th is considered the main one. 17 and 18 are additional. As stated in the Central Election Commission, they are needed for people from remote areas to vote. Residents of separate districts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, uncontrolled by Ukraine, are also forced to participate in the elections. They are planned to be transported centrally to the Rostov region, where special sections have been prepared. While on September 8, the Parliament of Ukraine adopted a resolution by which it recognized as "unlawful" the involvement of Ukrainians residing in the temporarily occupied territories in voting in the elections to the State Duma of Russian Federation.
