Weight of Cake- 2 Pound or approx 1 Kg
Cake tin used- 8" Diameter
Measuring cup used- 200ml
All purpose flour or maida- 2 cups or 300 g
Cocoa powder- 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar- 1 cup or 150g
Refined oil- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1 and 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
For decoration
Sweetened Whipping cream- 1 cup or 200ml
Dark compound Chocolate- 125 g
Chocolate Shavings
Chocolate shots
Sugar syrup for soaking the cake
