Hero's Xpulse 200T is having this very annoying Tappet Noise when it's the engine has started. No matter what this embarrassing "Taka Taka" noise is not going down. Even if I throttle up it does not goes quiet. Recently, most of the Xpulse 200 and Xpulse 200T owners have reported this major issue with this bike. In my experience, I have tried all of the tappets clearance adjustments from recommended, Maximum to Minimum. But nothing worked. On my bike, I bought it brand new and still it has run for 7000km this issue remains from the day that I have bought. Most of all the Hero Authorized Service Centre's crew members, unfortunately, do not have the skills and knowledge to fix this trouble. I'm from Gampaha town in Sri Lanka and their crew members are not worthy at all. It is just a waste of money to put my bike in there. For the first time, I have done the free services from them and I watched the service from the start till the end and I was very unsatisfied with their work. In 2019 it costs nearly 2000LKR for the free service and that money was such a wastage. At the same time, they told me that a full service will cost 3000LKR, and after that, I decided to do the service on my own accordingly to the Rider Manual Book. It went well and also it was cost-effective. In the beginning, I thought it was okay to have these kinds of noises from the engine but through the time and background research, I found that this was a major manufacturing fault that these two models of Xpulse bikes are facing. So if you are a person who is related to the Hero Motor company please send us an immediate solution for this. I mean enough is enough. As customers, we can't bear this anymore. So, please consider this as a humble request and give a solution. 🥵💔
