Pakistan's prime minister, Shehbaz Sharif, hit a roadblock in his bid to revive the country's dwindling economy. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has sought more financial guarantees from Islamabad. The IMF has asked Pakistan to arrange $6 billion in external financing by June to avoid default. This is despite Saudi Arabia and the UAE's pledge to provide financial assistance to Islamabad. Sharif said there is no reason for the IMF to delay the bailout. Watch this video to know more.
