Jodie Howell is a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health. She first got into gym training 4 years ago to help with her Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). This is her journey from surviving to thriving.
Jodie began having what she now knows were panic and anxiety attacks in 2002, aged 11. At 18, doctors diagnosed her with depression and anxiety and prescribed medication. Struggling with the side effects, Jodie decided to stop taking medication and focus on exercise and keeping fit. In 2015, Jodie joined Nuffield Health Telford gym and discovered a new love for exercise. She now uses her experiences and passion for health and fitness to ‘aspire and inspire’ her personal training clients.
