I stayed at Swissotel Makkah in April 2014 for Umrah. I have to say its is the best hotel I stayed everytime I have been in Makkah. Everything about it was great. Fast elevators, great service and most important thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Haram.

If you are staying in this hotel ask for a Kabbah View.
