Chanced upon this magnificent maestro (which I later found out was Lolo Bong Infante of Balic-balic, Sampaloc, Manila). He has been giving free entertainment at Glorietta for sometime already. He has great rapport with total strangers. Music really is the universal language. Enjoy everyone!
