The final stage of the rebuild is testing the accelerator pump. Checking if the fuel squirt is good in all 4 carbs, and adjust timing if necessary. This stack was fully rebuilt: carbs are fully dismantled, every piece is inspected, (ultrasonically) cleaned and build up again, with all new genuine Keihin gaskets and o-rings (including the mid-body gaskets), so I didn't expect any problems.
This is a FCR41 kit for the Yamaha YZF1000R (R1), by the way. They are becoming rare, especially in this like-new condition.
