6 Eu Yan Sang Dried scallops
1 liter Homemade chicken stock
50g Bamboo shoots (thinly sliced)
1 bottle Imperial Golden Concentrated Bird's Nest (Reduced Sugar)
1 tbsp Abalone sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
½ tsp Sesame oil
½ tsp White pepper
Cornstarch solution (3 tbsp cornstarch:3 tbsp water)
