My choreography policy - Safe movement for every fitness & dance level. You'll learn a new routine in 1 hour and we dance non stop! No floor work, no quick full turns, no knee bending more than 90 degrees, and no consecutive jumping or hopping, it's a low impact dance, absolutely no competitions or pressures in my class!! I break down the steps so even you never tried funk/hip hop style, you will be able to pick up steps! Please come join us!!
