Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskiy addressed the Russian people in response to the alleged atrocities in Bucha.
The Ukrainian leader said it had become harder for Ukraine to negotiate with Russia since Kyiv had become aware of the scale of alleged atrocities carried out by Russian troops.
He said the legal basis is being put in place to bring ‘culpable Russian troops’ to justice over alleged atrocities.
