Operative video demonstrating a right retrosigmoid craniotomy for cotton-reinforced clipping of a basilar trunk blister-like aneurysm (Case 3). The technique of placing the clip tines over cotton-reinforcement of the aneurysm wall is demonstrated. Indocyanine green angiography after clipping demonstrates preserved flow through the basilar trunk.
