Hello everyone and welcome to my latest YouTube video.

In this one, I'm taking you on a trip down to Cornwall where I finally had the chance to catch my first blue shark! This has been a childhood dream of mine for as long as I can remember, so it was truly a momentous occasion for me.

The journey down to Cornwall was quite eventful, stopping off at Glastonbury and Ilfracombe before we finally set sail in Saint Ives.

This trip was actually put together for my 40th birthday celebrations, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I'm so grateful for everyone that came along to Cornwall to celebrate with me, and for making this trip extra special.

I want to extend a massive thank you to all those who were involved in making it possible for me to fulfill my childhood dream of catching the blue shark.

What's more, the blue shark you will see in this video was actually the first blue shark caught in the UK this season, making it not just a milestone for me personally, but also for my angling for this year.
