NGOs report access to HIV treatment drugs has been hampered by the Covid-19 pandemic. Francesco Segoni, from Doctors Without Borders, says the organisation has seen a scaling-down of HIV activities and funding redirected towards fighting Covid-19, even though HIV remains a priority in much of Africa.
