Employees and family members from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District commemorated the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday by participating in the cities 41st annual parade and day of service on January 20.
Approximately 40 volunteers came out in the cold weather to participate in the events organized by the Tulsa District’s Black Employees Program Committee.
