The drive unit actuator arm broke off on one side. To replace it would be 100+ for machined aluminum arm from GruvenParts or 400+ from Audi for a replacement drive unit. I fixed this by taking a small binder clip arm and drilling a small hole in the broken arm. So far, works like a charm, hopefully this will give you guys some ideas if you have the same problem as I do!
