I decided to check out Co-op mart, Vietnam's largest grocery chain.🥫Visiting local grocery stores is one of the most exciting things to do in foreign countries. In Vietnam's major cities like Saigon and Hanoi, you'll find Co-Op marts everywhere. It felt like there was literally one on every street.

In the United States Walmart is the biggest chain, so i used that as a comparison. Walmart is known for not having the best reputation so I wanted to see how it fared when compared to international stores. 🏪🏪

Co-op mart was better in nearly every way! The store was SUPER clean, and neatly organized. The prices were accurate to the item and it was easy to talk to the staff working. Overall I found the experience to be much better than a Walmart store back in the USA. Let me be clear in saying there are quality Walmart stores, but my personal experience there hasn't been very great.
