Keystone Industries' KeyMill Denture Base Disc featuring industry-leading Diamond D® creates comfortable natural and easy-to-produce dentures.
Each KeyMill denture base disc comes ready to mill. This process saves time and keeps you efficient, with no need for molds or mixing acrylics. It starts on the computer, where a digital design team creates the template for a perfect denture using CAD. A designer will create the digital image for the final denture; the files are imported to the mill, where the machine begins forming the KeyMill denture base disc into the denture. When finished, a perfect denture frame is ready for polishing tooth placements and finishing touches.

Utilizing Keystone Industries’ Diamond D®, each KeyMill denture base disk produces a final denture with translucency to pick up light and fibers to simulate veins and natural coloring. The final denture looks great and is durable and able to withstand immense pressure and common damage such as dropping.
