IELTS and TOEFL are the two most famous exams for the English proficiency test. If you’re applying to study in an university abroad, pretty sure you are taking one of these.

They have different number of questions, different way of attempting them and thus you can’t say which one is the better one for you. Take a sample test online and choose the one which suits you.

Regardless of this, both of these exams are accepted in almost all universities in any country but just make sure you do your research before attempting them.
