Everything you missed in Big Mouth season 4

Big Mouth returned this month for another raunchy ride through puberty with all the Hormone Monsters, preteen mistakes and hilarious moments you would expect from the series. Nick Kroll and company pulled in another fantastic season that took us through summer camp, New York City and a new year of middle school. The series had a ton of high points from “Cafeteria Girls” to the episode in the future to the epic horrority house. While the series basically just runs from hilarious moment to hilarious moment, it does suck sometimes because you miss some of the things they sneak through. Luckily you’ve got us here to point out all the cool things you may have missed.

Some of these things are references to other fantastic Netflix shows. Big Mouth does like to advertise for its sister series. Synergy’s a good thing I guess. It also features a ton of guest actors who are all ridiculously famous. When you’re Nick Kroll and you’re friends with most of the funniest people in Hollywood, it probably isn’t hard to get them onboard.

There was also a ton of behind the scenes drama that you might not have paid attention to. Big Mouth got into trouble with twitter but gracefully figured out a way around it. There were also references and burns to other famous adult animation series.
