Banoffee pudding
Ingredients:
For toffee sauce:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
For layering the pudding:
- 15-20 digestive/marie biscuits
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Toffee sauce
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon toffee sauce to add in whipping cream
