This is RO DBT's version of the "What" Skills (that tell you "what" you need to do to be more mindful). These include Observe Openly, Describe with Integrity, and Participate without Planning. Even if you learned the What Skills in original DBT, you will find that there is still a ton of new stuff in the RO DBT version! There is a lot of focus on how to apply the "What" Skills to issues of overcontrol. It also includes the really helpful "The Awareness Continuum" skill under "Describe."
