Over the years, Team Uganda has managed to send a number of distinguished boxers to the Olympic Games. Three of them have managed to win four medals for the country. But with the last of those medals having come in 1980, the general consensus is that the sport is flirting with disaster. There will however be a chance to press the reset button when three boxers fly Uganda’s tri-coloured flag at the forthcoming Tokyo Olympics.
