This chocolate crepe cake is one of the most impressive cakes you'll ever make! Made with beautiful layers of soft crepes and whipped cream, the result is irresistible!INGREDIENTS
Pancake dough:
160g (1.3 cup) flour (all purpose)
20g cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
75g sugar
360ml (1.5 cup) milk
2 tbsp coffee
 
Filling for Crepe cake:
400g Philadelphia cream cheese
300ml (1.3 cup) heavy cream
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
 
Chocolate ganache:
250g dark chocolate
250ml (1.06 cup) heavy cream
 
METHOD

Mix ingredients for dough and fry pancakes.
Mix all the ingredients for the cream and beat with a mixer.
Form a Crepe cake by alternately laying out pancakes with cream.
Top with cooked chocolate ganache.
