USCIS BREAKING NEWS: USCIS Reverts to 2008 Version of Naturalization Civics Test | Immigration News

In this video, we will talk about the changes to the U.S. Citizenship Test. The USCIS this week updated their policy memo, and the test will go back to the 2008 version. This represents a radical change since Trump recently changed the Citizenship Test (in December 2020) to make it more difficult for potential applicants. This new test will apply to you if you filed before December 1, 2020, or for those applicants that will file on or after March 1, 2021.
