EFF leader Julius Malema says he would stop singing the song, Kill the boer if ordered by the court. He adds, however, that this would be because of his respect of a court order, and not the song itself. Malema was testifying in the Equality court in Johannesburg. Afriforum has taken the EFF leadership to court, calling for the song to be declared hate speech. Mbali Thethani was in court.
