A CALL FOR HELP: Almost five months after Charles Joseph Reynolds, 62, was shot and killed inside the Wayne Avenue parking garage in Silver Spring, authorities are still looking for the suspect.
His wife, Karis Hastings, pleaded with the public Tuesday morning to come forward if they have any information.
"We will investigate this till we find out who did this."
