hello everyone, in this video i am going to show you the on field primary processing of turmeric.
It includes - 1)Cooking 2)Sun drying 3)Polishing 4)Packaging of turmeric in jute bags.

for those processes time requires 30- 40 days.
after this processing finally polished turmeric is used for further secondary processing like grinding, extraction of curcumin, essential oil extraction etc.
