I found a buffet in Japan for under $5 dollars and I’m going to show you where it is and what they offer. Now you maybe thinking this buffet is just cheap food and is not going to be good. But you’d be mistaken.

Izakaya Kiiro offered comfort food, like having a meal at your typical Japanese home. Also, they offered so much katsu, which is one of my favorite Japanese foods. This izakaya is very small but inviting. The staff was friendly and food selection was varied with veggies, pasta salad, meats, rice and noodles.

If you find yourself in Osaka in the Dotonbori area, you may want to take a 10 minute walk to Izakaya Kiiro and try this simple, affordable buffet.
