Hopewell Residential Communities (HRC) believes in empowering their employees, they do this by keeping their employees invested and engaged; not only on the job, but in their community as well. Their employee run charitable committees work to improve the social and economic fabric of their community. Each year HRC partners with a charity, and donates at least half of their efforts and resources to that organization. HRC likes put emphasis on partnering with organizations that support shelter and refuge, especially for youths. HRC has partnered with organizations like: Aspen Family, Inn from the Cold, Bethany Care Foundation, Calgary Reads, and the Kids Cancer Care Foundation.
